No Nonsense Muscle Building is a complete muscle building program based on natural methods and includes nutritional instruction. It is for both beginners and advanced bodybuilders.
The core program consists of two 29-week workout routines that promise rapid results. One workout routine is for starting beginners. Another routine is intended for intermediate or advanced strength trainers. Video instruction has been included to ensure that each exercise is preformed with proper form.
The workouts in the program are short, but intense. This is one of the keys to rapid muscle growth. A typical week may have 3 or 4 focused workouts that are adjusted for ability. The program is utilizes cycles which provides a variety in the workouts, reps, sets and weight selection.
